CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Herman Davis.

CLOSED SESSION: Motion made by Alderman Harley Don Davidson to move into closed session to review applications for Athletic League Coordinator for parks and recreation. Second by Alderman Oren Alcorn. Motion approved all in favor.

OPEN SESSION: Motion made by Alderman Oren Alcorn to return to regular open session. Second by Alderman Harley Don Davidson. Motion approved all in favor.

ATHLETIC LEAGUE COORDINATOR: After interviewing the three applicants for the job of athletic league coordinator (John Nobert, Pamela Workman-Adams, and Ric Buchanan), a motion was made by Alderman Oren Alcorn to hire Ric Buchanan as athletic league coordinator to cover spring and fall soccer and the summer tee-ball program. With a salary package of $12,000 plus a $3,000 incentive if the combined soccer and tee-ball program generates a total of $17,000 in revenues. Second by Alderman Delmar Guthery. Record of vote: Alderman Oren Alcorn-Aye; Alderman Harley Don Davidson-Aye; Alderman Delmar Guthery-Aye; Mayor Pro Tem Herman Davis-Aye. Mr. Buchanan accepted this proposal as presented.
