Special closed session held at 4:30 P.M., Friday, March 13, 1998.

Motion made by Oren Alcorn to move into closed session for discussion on personnel pursuant to RSMo 610.023 (3). Second to motion by Delmar Guthery. Motion approved by vote of all ayes.

Oren suggested things to consider: level of education attained; previous service on City boards or commissions; service in the community; people with business experience & "people skills".

Delmar said we need someone who is really interested in the City.
